Beautiful day

You know they say a picture is worth a thousand words, and I have to agree. How can you look at Kerstin's smiling face and not praise God for taking such good care of her! We just had to get out and enjoy the beautiful day today. Jeff stayed home with Kerstin this morning while McKinsey and Annie went to church. We didn't want to take the chance of her "catching any bugs" with so many people there. Afterwards we all walked to a new restaurant in the neighborhood for lunch together. The rest of the afternoon was spent swinging, riding bikes, going for a walk, cleaning out the car, sweeping out the playhouse and just enjoying being outside. Thanks for checking on us! Enjoy the day!

Yippee! This weather makes me so happy. I can tell by your faces in the pictures that it does the same for you. I am so thankful that you were able to enjoy the day together as a family.

It was an awesome day wasn't it! So glad you guys were able to have fun outside together. Joshua had fun riding his bike and swinging on his swingset...just like you guys! Enjoy your long weekend together! It would be so much fun to play Barbies and Polly Pockets with you!

Kerstin, you look great! So glad you feel good!

Big Hugs to all of you!

Kerstin-
I'm so glad you felt good on a beautiful day! It was so warm yesterday, it felt like spring. I took Elise and Eliot to Antelope Park for a while, but it was crazy there!!! Everyone wanted to enjoy the great weather. Now today it has started to snow....does that happen in other states, or just Nebraska? Adrienne went with her friend Sophia to Kansas City over the break to the Great Wolf Lodge. It's a big indoor waterpark, so I'm sure they are having tons of fun! How long does you teacher stay when he comes to your house? I got Eliot some math books today. He needs to work on word problems at home because somehow he weazeled out of them at school. Have you started those yet? They are not his favorite and he makes that very clear to me! I think I made it very clear to him that he would be doing them anyway. Do you and mom ever have days like that?
Well, enough babbling...I'm glad McKinsey is home to play with you. Have fun together!
Hugs and prayers-
