Build A Bear

Kerstin and her sister went to Build A Bear in the Oakview Mall (Omaha) today. They both had gift certificates to spend. Kerstin goes in to the oncology clinic for outpatient chemo tomorrow and Friday (hopefully her last cycle). We came down a day early to take her to the mall while she is feeling well (and so we didn't have to get up so early tomorrow morning to get here). Click on the title "Build A Bear" for more pictures.

Kerstin and McKinsey:
I hope you had a wonderful time at Build-A-Bear. I loved the furry creatures you created and can't wait to see them in person.

Kerstin- our prayers will be with you as you go through what we hope will be your last round of chemotherapy. Hang in there. You have been such a tough little girl.

Take care.

I bet you had a blast at Build-A-Bear. Emma and 13 of her friends went there for a party a month ago and had the most fun. The little critters are all so cute!!

Hope the rest of the week goes well and will keep you guys ALL in our thoughts and prayers.

Here's to a Happy and Healthy New Year!

Wow, you guys get to do all the fun stuff. I bet you can't wait to get your last major chemo over with. YEA!!!! Did you watch the big football game last night? That was quite the exciting game. I bet mom and dad made you go to bed early. If Grandapa Gene were around, I'm sure his yelling would have woke you up. It was a wild ending.

I don't want to alarm you... but... ummmm your bears look alot like a cat and dog...
ummmmm maybe you can take them back for a bear... or maybe you were just at the "cat and bear" store and not the "bear" store.

Just kiddin'. They look soft and cuddly. What a great gift! Brenna loved getting her monkey and outfitting it. Now of course they need more then one outfit... Do you think your Mom's Big BABY will share?

Kerstin... I pray the poking is not too bad today and you are back in Lincoln before you know it.

Your Good Friend,

Happy New Year! It looks like you had a lot of fun at Build A Bear. Your new friends are ADORABLE. :) Casey's dog from the store here in Tampa is about five years old now. He got a dalmation cuz he loves fireman Uncle Jeff who had Chelsea at the time, and named it Cowboy after Grandpa on the mountain! What did you girls name your new friends? I know your kitty will be a cuddly comfort for you. :) Take care! Love, love, love, the RooneyToons xoxoxoxo
