School Time

Miss Maggie is the hospital teacher. It's not the same as going to Rousseau, but it's the next best thing. She will work with Kerstin for 30-45 minutes a day (Monday - Thursday).

Hi Kerstin,
It looks like Miss Maggie has some fun teaching tools. I sent your journal and some paper you could write your own books on if you feel like it. I also sent some of the skill stuff we will be working on the next month or so. That way when you come back, you will be right where everyone else is as far as skills learned. You are such a smart little girl, I know you will pick it up right away. All of us were excited to get your cards today. I also showed the kids your newest pics on the web. However, your latest ones were not on when I showed them. Boy will everyone be impressed with your new haircut. You look beautiful and just like a princess! You must be a princess since you got your nails done and had visitors from Star Wars. You deserve it ALL!!! We wrote you a letter today. We all miss you terribly!!! We are praying for your speedy recovery!!! Take care and get plenty of rest and pampering! Miss you!! Love, Mrs. Swiatek

Hi Kerstin,
I'm a forth grader at Cavett. I hope you are feeling better. Looks like you are learning a lot from Miss Maggie. I love your new hair cut. It was nice of the computer teacher at cavett(Mr. Sibert) to give you a new computer. Get well soon
