Kerstin, I have never 'blogged' with anyone before! You are the first, so I hope I am doing this right. What a great chair - I wonder if they make that in an adult size? Get well soon and we're sending hugs and prayers to you and your whole family! Love, Deonne, Jon, Lauren & Jack Bruning

It looks like you are getting cozy in your new room. I love your chair, fuzzy slippers, and fairy pillow case. We are thinking and praying for you daily. We sure missed your beautiful smile at church yesterday. We are so happy that your parents set up this sight so we can see that pretty smile each and every day. Brent, Alex, Ben and I want to wish you a Happy Halloween. Below are some jokes Ben and Alex thought you might like.

What do goblins and ghosts drink when they're hot and thirsty on Halloween?
Ghoul-aid!!!

What do skeletons say before they begin dining?
Bone appetit !

What kind of mistakes do spooks make?
Boo boos

Take care and we'll talk to you soon. Please tell McKinsey and your mom and dad hello.

Happy Halloween! Kerstin- happy to see you get to decorate your room abit. Do the nurses wear costumes on Halloween? Do they let you trick or treat in the hospital? What do you want to dress up as? We made Emme a batgirl costume last night. Hugs to you all - Patty, Michael, Elsa and Emme.

Kerstin - Happy Halloween! We had a party today and made cards for you. McKinsey will bring them to you. We also had a relay race outside where you had to carry an egg on a spoon. Luckily it was a hard boiled egg because it got dropped a lot! We played 'Pin the Stem on the Pumpkin'. McKinsey won! We also tried to see how many words we could make out of the word scarecrow. You should have your Mom and Dad try this! Kelsea got 21 words! We also worked on a secret project just for you. Your friend Laurie Brunner is in charge of this and we think you will really like it. Get well soon!

Kerstin,

I hope you can speed read and keep up with all these comments! I also hope your day went well. I saw the movie Wallace and Grommet today and I bet you would get a laugh out of that movie! Garrett thought it was pretty funny! We are thinking of you everyday and are very proud of you! I will try and give you a call tomorrow. I know you are busy little girl, do you have a secretary that answers the phone for you? ;) May God bless you with sweet dreams tonight.

Love,
Todd

Hi, Kerstin! Happy Halloween. I work with your mom, and I've been thinking about you and your family. I think it's great that you have your very own web site so people can check up on you and drop you a note. I have a sixth grade friend who goes to Children's for treatments. She has a web site just like you do. Maybe you will get to meet her some day at the hospital. Take care of yourself. Pat
